    • Point of contact with venue starting in two months prior to wedding

    Planning a DIY wedding is an exciting and creative journey, but managing all the details can quickly become overwhelming. Our DIY Design Advising & Coordination service is here to help you stay organized, execute your vision seamlessly, and reduce last-minute stress.

    With this service, you’ll receive expert guidance to ensure your décor and setup come together effortlessly. Your DIY Advisor will:

    • Meet with you twice before your wedding to discuss your vision, layout, and décor plans.

    • Create a customized design document to serve as a roadmap for setup, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

    • Provide expert advice on packing and organizing personal décor items for smooth transport and setup.

    • Offer recommendations on the ideal number of helpers needed for an efficient and stress-free setup.

    • Direct and coordinate your setup crew on the day of the wedding, ensuring everything is arranged according to plan.

    Looking for extra hands on the big day? If you decide you need additional setup or teardown assistance, you can always add professional staffing from Three Tree Weddings for a stress-free experience.

  • This package begins 3 months prior to the wedding date. From the moment you book with us, we will be available to answer questions or give advice at any point.

  • For a wedding with 200+ guests, we require an additional assistant for an added fee.
