  • Our onboarding process is designed to ensure we fully understand your vision and provide you with a seamless experience. Here's how it works:

    1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation: Once we receive your inquiry, we'll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your wedding goals, dreams, and specific needs. During this meeting, we'll take the time to learn about your vision for the big day.

    2. New Client Questionnaire: Prior to our consultation, you'll receive a new-client questionnaire to help us gather key details about your wedding. This will help guide our conversation and ensure we cover all the important aspects of your event.

    3. Personalized Proposal: After our consultation, we'll prepare a personalized proposal tailored to the details we discussed. You'll have two weeks to review, suggest changes, or approve the proposal.

    4. Contract & Deposit: Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll send over a contract for you to sign, along with an invoice for the 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your wedding date.

    5. Booking Confirmation: After receiving your signed contract and deposit, your date is officially booked, and we’ll begin the exciting planning process with you!

  • Payments are structured as follows:

    1. 50% Deposit: After reviewing and approving your proposal, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract, to secure your wedding date.

    2. Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due one week prior to your wedding day.

  • Absolutely! Once we receive your contract and deposit, we’re here for you every step of the way, even before your official coordinating sessions begin. Feel free to reach out for advice, recommendations, suggestions, or just to brainstorm ideas—whatever you need. While our main coordinating meetings typically start about 3 months before your wedding, we're always available to offer additional support or answer any questions you have along the way.

  • Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific blooms for your wedding. However, we will work closely with you to capture the aesthetic and vibe you're envisioning, selecting florals that align with your style. It's important to note that the production of certain flowers depends on environmental factors, and sometimes, unexpected circumstances can affect availability.

    If there's a particular bloom you can't imagine your wedding without, we’ll discuss alternative options and create a plan to account for any potential challenges, ensuring you’re still delighted with the final floral design.

  • Yes, we do! We offer a 5% discount when you book multiple services with us. This is a great option if you're looking to streamline your wedding planning by combining services like florals, décor, or coordination. By bundling, you not only save but also ensure a cohesive, seamless experience for your big day.

    Additionally, we occasionally offer promotional discounts throughout the year, so be sure to follow us on social media to stay updated on any special offers or limited-time deals.

  • We accept payments via credit and debit card through Square, with a small service fee. We also offer the option to pay via Zelle or check, with no additional fees. If you have any questions about payment methods or fees, feel free to reach out!

  • Our primary service area includes Seattle, Tacoma, Snohomish, Everett, and locations within a 50-mile radius of 98105. We’re also happy to travel for your event! For locations outside of this 50-mile radius, an additional travel fee may apply. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re unsure whether your venue falls within our service area—we’re always happy to discuss options!

  • Yes! At Three Tree Weddings, we are a small but dedicated team of three women. While you’ll primarily work with Delaney throughout the planning and coordination process, your initial consultation will be with her, and she will be your main point of contact from start to finish. Depending on the size, location, and specific needs of your wedding, we’ll inform you of any additional team members or support staff who will be assisting on your big day. We have an incredible team of experienced coordinators and support staff who are all committed to making your wedding day absolutely perfect!

  • At this time, due to the size of our team, we are unable to offer full-service wedding planning. However, we specialize in wedding coordination, ensuring that all the details come together seamlessly on your big day. We’re here to support you throughout the planning process, offering guidance, recommendations, and expert advice. If you're looking for assistance with vendor referrals, timeline creation, or day-of coordination, we’ve got you covered.

    If you're in need of more extensive planning, we can discuss crafting a custom package that provides additional support tailored to your needs.
